This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents. The CCPA provides specific rights regarding your personal information.

Your rights under CCPA
Right to know
You have the right to request that we disclose what personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months, including categories of information, sources, business purposes, and categories of third parties with whom we share it.
Right to delete
You have the right to request that we delete any personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
Right to opt out of sale
You have the right to opt out of the "sale" of your personal information. We do not sell your personal information in the traditional sense. However, certain advertising cookies may be considered a "sale" under CCPA. You can opt out via the links in our Privacy Policy.
Right to non-discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any CCPA rights. We will not deny you services, charge different prices, or provide different quality of service.
Right to correct
You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you.
Right to limit sensitive PI use
We do not collect or process sensitive personal information for purposes beyond those permitted by CCPA.
How to exercise your rights
To exercise your CCPA rights, submit a verifiable consumer request by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "CCPA Request".
When submitting a request, please provide sufficient information to verify your identity. We may need to verify your identity before processing.
You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. The agent must provide proof of authorization.
We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days. If we require more time (up to 90 days total), we will inform you in writing.
"Do not sell my personal information"
We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. However, like many websites, we use advertising services that may use cookies to deliver personalized ads. Under CCPA's broad definition, this may be considered a "sale".
